SMS Messaging Opt-In

1. Overview
Aced Homes LLC operates an A2P (application-to-person) text messaging program relating to property inquiries. The program covers both transactional/customer-care messages and promotional messages, each requiring its own separate, independent consent. This page documents exactly how an end user opts in to receive SMS messages from Aced Homes LLC, the verbatim consent disclosures presented at the point of opt-in, and the full program terms. It is published as a public, login-free reference so the opt-in process can be verified without interacting with any live element.
2. The Single Opt-In Method
SMS opt-in is collected exclusively through the website chat widget (powered by LeadConnector) on acedhomerenovation.com. No other form, page, or process on the website collects SMS opt-in or enrolls any user in SMS messaging.
To opt in, an end user takes the following steps:
- Clicks the “Have a question?” chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page.
- The chat widget expands into a short form.
- Enters their name, phone number, and message.
- Reviews two separate consent checkboxes — one for transactional/customer-care messages and one for promotional messages — each unchecked by default. The user may engage either, both, or neither, after reading the disclosures shown in Section 4 below.
- Submits the chat. If a box was engaged, the user receives a one-time opt-in confirmation message.
Submitting the chat without engaging either consent checkbox delivers the message through the chat session only and does not enroll the user in SMS messaging. The two consents are collected independently and are never combined.
3. The Consent Screen
The screenshot below shows the SMS consent step exactly as it appears to an end user inside the chat widget, including the unchecked-by-default consent control and the disclosure text.

4. Consent Disclosures (Verbatim)
The chat widget presents two separate, independent consent checkboxes, each unchecked by default. The verbatim disclosure shown next to each checkbox is reproduced below.

5. Program Terms
- Program: Aced Homes LLC property-inquiry messaging — transactional/customer-care and promotional, each opted into separately.
- Transactional/customer-care messages: chat acknowledgments, offer follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and project status updates.
- Promotional messages: occasional service announcements and new property notices.
- Message frequency varies — typically fewer than 10 messages per month per recipient.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

6. No Other Opt-In, No Third-Party Sharing
The Get Offer form (at acedhomerenovation.com/get-offer) and the Project Submit form (at acedhomerenovation.com/submit) collect a phone number strictly for voice follow-up about a user's inquiry. Those forms do not collect SMS consent and do not enroll any user in SMS messaging. The chat widget is not loaded on those two pages, so no page on the website ever presents both a phone-collecting form and the chat widget at the same time.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose. Access is limited to Aced Homes LLC and our messaging service providers (CRM and SMS carrier) strictly as necessary to deliver the messages the user has requested.
