Accessibility Statement
Aced Homes is committed to making acedhomerenovation.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Our commitment
Aced Homes aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We treat accessibility as part of building and running our website the right way, not a feature to add later.
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working to reach and maintain full conformance.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and a “skip to content” link.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Keyboard-operable menus, galleries, dialogs, forms, and interactive elements.
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
- Form fields with clear, programmatically associated labels.
- Support for the operating system's “reduce motion” setting.
- Text that can be zoomed and resized without loss of content or function.
- A correctly declared page language.
Known limitations
We're aware of, and working on, the following:
- Some text and visual elements may not yet meet AA color-contrast ratios.
- Some video content may not yet include captions or transcripts.
- Some embedded third-party content (maps, video players, scheduling/payment widgets) is outside our direct control.
Requesting information or accommodations
If you'd like listing details, property information, or documents in an alternate format, or an accommodation for a showing or consultation, contact us and we'll do our best to arrange it.
Report a barrier
If you encounter a page, feature, or interaction on acedhomerenovation.com that isn't accessible — or you need information in an alternate format — please tell us. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Third-party content
Some embedded content (maps, video players, scheduling and payment portals) is provided by third parties whose accessibility we don't directly control. We choose vendors with strong accessibility records and offer alternative ways to access the same information whenever possible.
